One door closes

Well, the contest didn’t go as planned or hoped for. I made it to the semi-finals and right up til the very last second, I was in third place. At the very last second, I went into first right as the time ran out and then two days later I was informed that someone else had taken first right before me. It was sad. But alas, here we are.

So. Here is what I have planned next. A Kickstarter for pre-launch. I have it all laid out right. now, but will be putting finishing touches on it in January in hopes to get it out by February. The tiers are:

Tier one: Ebook and book mark

Tier two- The Phoenix: ebook, book mark and sticker

Tier 3: signed paperback-will include everything from phoenix tier

Tier 4: Signed hardback-will include everything from phoenix tier

Tier 5: The Witch Box: For the passionate bookworm, who desires beautiful books and elegant literary memorabilia! A box containing ALL the goodies! A signed, limited edition foil leatherette hardcover with jacket and painted edges, incense blend made especially for this book, runes, candles, crystals, metal bookmark, vellum art insert and everything from the "phoenix" tier. This tier includes any digital and physical goodies unlocked stretch goals.

Tier 6: The Ultimate Book Box:

  • Signed Hardback

  • Signed Paperback

  • Digital Download

  • Phoenix Sticker

  • ABWTD Incense Blend

  • Candle

  • Crystals

  • Incense

  • Oracle Card

  • Runes

  • Bookmark

  • Waxmelt

  • Metal Bookmark

I am hoping to have everything polished and ready to go to launch the kickstarter in February. Then, everything will go out in April, when my ARCs launch. I will be doing ARC sign ups starting next month, just to get going on collecting as many people as I can for the ARC reads.

If you sign up for an ARC copy (advanced reader’s copy), it is signing a social contract that you will read and review the book before launch in exchange for a free book.

Us indie authors are nothing without our reviews. It is very important that everyone that reads this book reviews in on any or all platforms that they can. The launch is what makes or break us and the reviews help the launch to be successful.

I appreciate you all hanging in there with me. Being there with me through this crazy ride.

I love you all and I hope you love my story!
